There are three Wedges, the regular non-vented one, BPS(Boedy Power Saws) and BB(Brisco Built). The regular wedge works well on all saws and is also the best for cold weather. The two vented styles are for performance saws(and they look Cool). The vented one can let in more debris, but how much is debatable. The reason is because of where the air filter box draws air from, it draws air from near the chip shoot. For more information check out the video Here
